Once again thank you we are looking forward to having you at our events . The following are just some ground rules to make your days and our customers safe and enjoyable.   The fees are going into this event and marketing . 

Set up times are as follows : 

12pm to 8pm the day before your event .

7am to 830am day of event.

Take down times as follows :

Only after 4pm day of your event .

There are no early tear downs.

NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS FOR THE RESPECT OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR FELLOW VENDORS

Vendors will be able to drive to there booths for set up and take down . Curtesy must be given when driving in and out of booth areas. 

Vendors will have own parking area separate from customers. 

If you have requested power power will be set up for your booth the morning of event . 

All product including your tents, chairs, displays must be secured . Use weights for tents a little wind can do a lot.  No vehicles allowed on field during event hours 

Please help to make this a great day for all . There is no smoking or consumption of alcohol allowed in craft fair areas.  

These are all weather events . We plan these in advance and market as such . If you can not make your commitment for any reason let us know so we can let customers know that may have planned on seeing you at the event . No refunds will be given all fees go in to these events and planning.
